This documentary discovers a Brooklyn, New York neighborhood in the 80's and 90's with a talented community of urban artists. Filmmaker Spike Lee, Chris Rock, actress Rosie Perez, mc Talib Kweli, and poet/rocker Saul Williams are just a sampling of the artists that resided in the area.
