the Moon and Back Shot
over the course of two years, Tarah documents the long, often painful
process of reunion. As she gets to know her mother, Tarah begins to intimately
understand her mother's struggle with her addiction and comes face to
face with who she is and where she comes from. The emotionally moving,
often raw images, along with Tarah's own personal journal entries let
us experience firsthand the extraordinary challenges she faces as she
begins to realize how painful acceptance of one's past can be. IN
